The Misunderstood Luxray. Part 4

It was the morning after my father attacked me. I was awake, training. I was slashing a tree with my claws, sharpening them. After an hour of slashing, the tree was nothing more then a pile of splinters. Unbeknownst to me, two pairs of eyes were watching me from the bushes.


The eyes belonged to a pair of Pachirisu. Sisters, to be exact. After I had chopped the tree down, I fell over with exhaustion. I didn't say anything. I just rested for a minute. Then I heard something enter the clearing. I was expecting it to be my father, but it was two Pachirisu.


"Hi mister! You look funny!", they both said together. I looked up at them and growled. This only made them laugh. "Hehe, sounds like your throat is sore!", the left one said to me. "Here, I'll get you some water!", said the right one. She climbed into the tree above me, then shook all the rain water from the leaves, completely soaking me.


I jumped a little, surprised from the cold water. "What the...leave me alone! I just need to be alone.", I said angrily. This only made them laugh. I felt one of them jump onto my back, and then the other fell out of tree, landing on my head. I shook both of them off.


"Please...leave me alone. I just need some personal space.", I said to them, trying not to sound mean. They looked at me as if I was crazy, then snuggled up to my chest. "Ok! You can have your personal space thingy! We'll keep you company!", they said. I facepawed, then stood up, making them fall over. They started laughing from falling over.


I started to walk off, but I was stopped by them clinging to my tail. I looked back at them, trying to scare them off. "Please get off my tail, your pulling it rather hard.", I said to them. They looked back at me, then started pulling my tail harder. I winced from the pain. (These two furry rats are pulling my tail off! I thought angrily.)


I tried wagging my tail as quickly as I could, but they just hung on tighter. "Hahaha, this is fun!", they said while laughing. I was getting very annoyed by them. Something you should know about me is I don't along with kids. "If you two don't leave me alone, I'll eat you both!", I said angrily. They looked at me with fear, then started crying.


I facepawed again, then lay down, bringing my tail closer to my chest. I started rubbing their heads with my paw, trying to calm them down. "Shhh, its ok. I didn't mean to scare you....I'd never eat you two.", I said as softly as I could. They looked up at me, then snuggled up to my chest again. I curled up around them, showing I wasn't going to hurt them.


They looked up at me, stopped crying almost immediately, then jumped onto my back again. "What!? Were you two fake crying!?", I asked angrily. They continued jumping on my back, hurting me. "Of course we were!", the right one said. "Why would we cry? We just wanted to jump on you!", she said happily.


I lay face down in the grass, grinding my fangs from the pain. "Please...stop jumping on me...your hurting my back.", I said to them. I felt them start jumping harder, completely ignoring me. I couldn't take it any more. I rolled over, catching them off balance. They fell onto my belly, then rolled off laughing. "Oh, think its funny do you?", I asked them.


They looked up at me, then nodded their heads. I grabbed them with my paws, then shoved them into my mouth. They started struggling wildly, making me purr happily. I loved their struggling, but all good things must come to an end. I fully closed my mouth around them, pinching their tails.


I felt them use Discharge, witch tickled my mouth. I was about to swallow them, but something stopped me. Deep down, I realized what I was doing was wrong. I stopped swallowing them, brought them back into my mouth, then gently placed them onto the ground.
They looked up at me with mixed emotions.


(...what have I done....I nearly ate two innocent Pachirisu. Sure they were annoying me, but they didn't know any better. I thought to my self.) I gently wiped both of them clean with my paw, then started to leave. I was just about to leave, but they grabbed onto my tail again. "Hey, don't feel bad mister!", they both said together.


I didn't have the courage to look back at them. How could they not hate me after what I just did? It didn't make sense, but I didn't care. I kept walking with them hanging onto my tail. I heard them laughing from the ride, almost as if they didn't care that I nearly ate them.


"Please...forgive me. I was in pain, and you wouldn't listen to me. I...never meant to scare you.", I said sadly. I felt them gently crawl onto my back, then curled up together. "Its ok mister! We just got scared, thats all! No harm done!", they said happily. "Hm, ok then. You can stop calling me mister. I'm to young for that.", I said to them.


I felt one of them crawl onto my neck, and the other started rubbing my back. I purred happily, loving the feel of her soft paws. After a couple of minutes, one of them crawled onto my head, then looked down at me. "Ok mister! What do you want us to call you then?", she asked me.


I stopped walking, then lay down. I looked up at her, trying not to make her fall off.
"My names Fero. What are your names?", I asked softly. She looked down at me, smiling. "We don't have names! Our parents never named us!", she said smiling. I looked up at her, then gently pulled her and her sister off me.


I placed them in front of me, then looked at them. "Hm, that won't do at all. How about I give you two names?", I asked happily. They looked at each other, then hugged my face. "We'd love that Fero! Please do!", they both said happily. "All right then! I need to get a good look at you though.", I said as I gently placed them in front of me.


I looked down at the right one. "Hm, judging by your cuteness, I think you will be Phos.", I said. She looked up at me, then started blushing. I looked at the left one. "Hm, considering your bravery, I think you will be Lux.", I said happily. I gently pulled them over to me, then rested my head between them.


They both leaned against my head. For a few minutes, our electricity jumped from each other, quietly crackling. I heard Phos yawn, then Lux curled up close to my chest. "You know, if you two are tired, you should sleep.", I said softly. "Ok Fero! We'll sleep now!", they both said happily. Phos curled up with Lux, then fell asleep.


"Aww, you two are so cute!", I said quietly. After a couple minutes, Phos and Lux were softly snoring, snuggled up to my chest. I curled up around them, keeping them warm. "Good night Phos.", I gently kissed her head. "Good night Lux.", I then gently kissed her head too, then fell asleep.
